Let me just tell you how great the show "There and Back" really is. If you don't know about it, it's about Ashley Parker Angel, the former O-town boy band member. However, his twoooooo minutes of fame are up and he now lives with the girl who he knocked up and later asked to marry's mom and is flat broke. I recently watched an episode and, with the help of tivo's pause live tv option, I was able to capture Ashley at his finest moments.

(All quotes are Ashley's precise words if you can believe it)
----> "Every time I look at my bank account I just get freaked out....So I was wondering if I could join Dan [from O-town] b/c he's starting this concert thing for ex-boy band members"..... 10 mins. later, "oh, well i guess that whole ex boyband member concert thing was canceled."....
---->"ok, so i have this great idea. you know how things are really tight money wise right now? well how about we.... hold a garage sale?"....next morning about 9ish sitting outside in driveway wearing cowboy hat...."mmm...breakfast of champs...[pops open a heineken]" "[trying to sell stuff at garage sale] we got here a brand new unopened Asian edition of our o-town cd...that's me right there [pointing at cover]...what was your name? [arthritic old woman with fanny pack responds: marilyn] [ashley proceeds to autograph Asian cd]" "final count: $154.50... not bad for hanging out not doing anything, drinking beer in the front yard, i told you we could make money. that'll help- right?"

yeah that pretty much made my day.
